SÁFRÁNY, Kinga
organization development
In the past 19 years I work as an organizational psychologist, supporting organizations, teams and leaders. As a trainer and coach I am just present and listen, and let my curiosity lead me. I facilitate Action Learning groups, educate facilitators. I first met Gestalt as a methodology frame in 2000 in the USA and fell in love with it right at once. It taught me to be simply present and in the here-and-now to accept whatever does exist; to be brave enough to let the patterns and biases that cannot help us any more go.
I love and dare to experiment. Clearing up the features of systems, making the borderlines conscious reveals the new possibilities to change. To utilize them it is inevitable to realize the personal and organizational strengths and blind spots.
My basic skill is to deal with the paradox nature of change, releasing stiff schemes, creating new viewpoints and perspectives, melting conflicts via gentle confrontation. Cooperation can be based only on trust, that needs self-esteem. That is why I very often ask and give feedback from my clients according to the process we are working in, reflecting to the here-and-now changes the client witnesses.
