PÁKOZDI, Imre
organisation development
I graduated as an electrical engineer in 1974, then worked as a programmer and a software developer until 1985. Then I joined Graphisoft, a company I worked for as a salesperson in Hungary and in German and English speaking countries, and also as the leader of a small SW development team. From 1990 on I was one of the deputy CEOs, and in this capacity I took part in reorganising the firm to be a mature company. At the same time from 1993 onwards I was working to explore Northern European and Far Eastern markets, founding Graphisoft\'s Japanese subsidiary in 1994, which I was leading for one and a half years.
When Graphisoft was introduced into the stock exchange in 1999 I retired and since then I have been dealing with investments, as well as analyzing, developing and supporting small companies promising quick international development. I have been a lecturer and a seminar teacher at Corvinus University of Economic Sciences since 2006.
