training
One of the most important life experiences for me is that as long as I believe that I can change and learn, I can stay effective and successful. I try to pass on this knowledge to those who work with me or participate my trainings, workshops, coachings, and counselling sessions. Group work and group management have long been of my interest. For nearly three decades, I have met the first method (psychodrama) that helped me consciously begin to deal with myself and the development possibilities. I have been educatedin many other training methodologies that are important for dealing with people, counseling, managing, and collaborating. I think the first step in every development process is to clarify our role and motives very precisely.
After thousands of hours of counseling and coaching, I was introduced to the Process Communication Model (PCM), which was specifically developed by the creators of the system. I believe that using this model will really make it easier for people to understand, control, manage and themselves.
