leadership development
I graduated at ELTE (Eötvös Lóránd University) in law in 2005, in psychology in 2008. The core of my professional identity is being a psychologist however I constantly use my juristic experiences in practice. I wrote my dissertation in family law focusing on the juristic and psychological background of child custody proceedings, particularly on the alternative dispute resolutions (mediation).
Since 2008 I work as a counsellor with issues in personal development and as a soft-skill trainer. I strongly believe that self-knowledge and self-development in our everyday life, hence at our workplace, enhances our efficiency and feel of comfort. And not only in our social relations but also in our well-being it may bring exceptional development.
